Mission
Promote the reality of the sacrifice and tenacity of our police service, both now and in the past.
Support those we can and spread the word about the exceptional work being conducted every day by our officers.
About TGL
The Thin Green Line Northern Ireland was set up in 2022 by the owner who is a former soldier and fourth generation police officer. It was set up because at the time there were no brands or not for profits celebrating policing in Northern Ireland on contemporary platforms such as Instagram.
The purpose of the organisation is to raise awareness for the challenges faced by police officers past and present. It is here to celebrate bravery from the formation of the Royal Irish Constabulary through to the RUC George Cross and the PSNI.
We make merchandise which celebrates the sacrifice made now and in the past. Thin Green Line also sends out care packages to serving and former officers in need of a boost - If you know somebody send us an email or a message.
TGL is a not for profit sole trader. That means that all the money made by TGL goes back into the page to fund website costs/product creation/artwork and most importantly when able we make regular donations to the Benevolent Fund.
We have a long standing relationship with both the Benevolent Fund and the Historical Society and have permission to use the RUCGC and PSNI crest.
The views of this page are independent and not those of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
Location
We operate from Northern Ireland somewhere between the Irish Sea and the Mournes
